Refund policy

At Donttouch, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange approval.

• Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.

✔ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank).

• Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

• Currently, all our products are eligible for return/exchange if they meet the above conditions.

✔ Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
